About Us
Established in January 2010, we are the new, premier indoor shooting range in the southeastern United States! Currently, Tallahassee Indoor Shooting Range is CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. T.I.S.R. will provide the safest, cleanest and largest indoor shooting range in the South-Eastern United States. This facility includes a 30,000 square foot warehouse with state-of-the-art automated indoor range equipment, an archery range, a training facility, an extensive retail selection, and a gun repair shop.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is centered around Safety, Training, Customer Service, and in providing a knowledgeable staff to support our customers.
Our Goals Are To:
- Provide a safe, knowledgeable, and friendly environment for both the experienced and novice shooter
- Establish safety and customer service as our top priorities
- Provide an atmosphere where women and youth shooters feel welcome
- Provide a level of safety and firearms training superior to any of our competition
- Become an active participant within our business community
- Develop a sport shooting philosophy that encompasses all shooters young and old
- Provide an indoor location for law enforcement personnel to shoot on-duty or off-duty
- Provide the largest retail selection of firearms and related equipment in North Florida
- Establish a North Florida outlet for law enforcement and security equipment purchase
About Our Facility
Firearm Shooting Lanes
8 lanes at 50 yards (all pistol, rifle & shotgun rounds allowed up to .50bmg)
All shotgun shots allowed.
No armor piercing ammunition allowed.
Archery
8 Individual ranges at 20 yards!
Take a walk on one of our two "Hunter-Interactive" indoor forest deer hunting trails. "Live fire" bow practice on moving deer targets.
Tactical Pod
We have designated our 50-yard 8-lane shooting pod as the "tactical" pod. Here shooters can practice firearm presentation as well as utilize the barricades to practice movement and various firing positions. This 50-yard range is perfectly suited for our Training Division. This capability allows TISR to host a number of different training classes that require movement, different firing positions as well as from actual vehicles and much, much more.
