Special Announcements
January 23, 2012
We're happy to update that the archery range plans have been completed. We will be offering 2 archery lanes with the option of 4-5 people shooting on the same lane. This should be a lot of fun because it will allow individuals to compete against each other. Score cards will also be provided. We would like to invite all former customers of Full Draw Indoor Archery Range to come visit and shoot with us.

Happy Tuesday, everyone! We're busy as usual around the property. We would like to announce another baby step that we've taken. Thanks to Franklin Insurance and our agent Ken Cooksey for finding us our liability insurance. The Tallahassee Indoor Shooting Range has full liability and now property coverage.

Happy New Year!
It has been a while since we've given everyone an update! Even though our progress has been slow we have taken several steps forward. Over the Christmas holidays we received our blue prints for the shooting pods. These were immediately sent to our engineers who will designing the walls and support systems for the equipment. Today, we met with some archery people. This meeting helped us decide on our final archery range floor plan. We will be increasing it from 16' to 20' wide. This increase will allow us to have two archery lanes that will accommodate 4-5 people each. We are meeting our engineers tomorrow to make these changes.

Update! We've received our five semi-trucks full of indoor shooting range equipment! We are organizing all the equipment, and getting ready to start assembly! Look for pictures of construction to come soon!
We actually have three sets of engineers drawing up different phases of the range and it is taking more time than anticipated. We have one set of engineers that is drawing up the equipment arrangement. Another set of engineers is drawing up our air filtration systems. The third set of engineers is drawing up the retail space, the meeting rooms, the bathrooms, etc. This is all being spear-headed by our general contractor Scott McLuckie of WestScott Construction. The reason that it has been moving so slowly is because each set of engineers needs the others information before they can complete their part of the design. Therefore, much information is going back and forth between the three sets of engineers.
